anyone know what's going on in the potomac basin?

First, Congress issues a resolution condemning the Armenian genocide by the Ottoman Empire, which passes in committee, thereby pissing off our allies the Turks.  President Bush opposes this resolution coming to a full vote, but then he goes and gives the Dalai Lama a medal, thereby pissing off our allies the Chinese.  Who will we piss off next, and why?

Or, it might force the president to bomb Turkey early, even though they're not one of the key oil suppliers to a nation of "pil users".
