Jan. 19th, 2004 11:45 amMcGill University was using Turnitin (sounds like an anti-fungal to me) on a trial basis to detect plagiarism. A student refused to turn in his assignments to the site as a prerequisite to be graded, and was given a zero grade. After some runaround, McGill agreed to grade his papers without Turnitin's input.
