I've written about the horror that is the Flavia Beverage System.  Equinix's facility at Lundy Av also has one of these terrible machines.  I have documented the process for you, with the help of my new Nokia 6102i (which replaced my old Nokia 6102, which broke after i dropped it on thib_gc's kitchen floor while in my cups).

I actually like some of the coffee that comes out of the Keurig, as cheap, fast coffee goes.

Yeah, I have a B40 at home that I use a lot. The 7oz setting is too watery for the lighter roasts, for my tastes, but the Timothy's World German Chocolate Cake coffee is great, and I have a couple of other Timothy's varieties and one Caribou that are pretty good.

I prefer the Mr Coffee Homecafe because it supports double cups (14oz). I generally make a 14oz and top off with milk when I'm drinking casually.
