Donnell Williams had just gotten out of the bath tub, wearing only a towel around his waist, when he turned the corner to see guns pointing right at him. There were worried about there own safety facing a man wearing nothing but a towel, who didn't know there were there until he walked out of said shower?

Why the fuck am I having trouble believing that? They hit him with the taser because they thought he was being uppity, and fuck them and their claims otherwise.

They thought he was being uppity? Heck, they had a taser, and here was someone they could use it on! Who could ask for any more reason than that?

Speaking a strange language is of course always a perfect reason to taser someone--just look at that poor Polish guy who got tasered to death in Vancouver.
