First, Congress issues a resolution condemning the Armenian genocide by the Ottoman Empire, which passes in committee, thereby pissing off our allies the Turks.  President Bush opposes this resolution coming to a full vote, but then he goes and gives the Dalai Lama a medal, thereby pissing off our allies the Chinese.  Who will we piss off next, and why?

Did Perez nurse at King Abdullah's teat on shafting the USA continuously for 40 years (complete with 36-grit condom), all the while banking literally trillions of petro-dollars?

Maybe Perez learned from pappy Fahd how to piss off the USA, knowing full well we can't do a damn thing about it.
