anyone know what's going on in the potomac basin?

First, Congress issues a resolution condemning the Armenian genocide by the Ottoman Empire, which passes in committee, thereby pissing off our allies the Turks.  President Bush opposes this resolution coming to a full vote, but then he goes and gives the Dalai Lama a medal, thereby pissing off our allies the Chinese.  Who will we piss off next, and why?

We don't have bases in China. If they'd let us put bases on the Chinese boundary with something highly Islamic, we'd shoot the Dalai Lama for them.
