i grew a beard

I started growing a beard right after Hmas.  After 3 months, i feel i've given it a good time to fill in, but it's just a bit too sparse, so it'll be shaven down sometime soon back to a circle beard.

Like you say, it is a bit sparse. It's probably better than I could do though. :) Didn't you find it a bit itchy?

(Then again, that's not actually a great photo of you either, so I might just be seeing it at the wrong angle...)

Out of interest, why start growing the beard? I've got a friend who's got a beard because he can't be bothered shaving...

It wasn't itchy at all; i suspect it's because my facial hair is finer than most.

Oddly, although i agree it's not a great photo (just a phonecam shot), i'm pleased because a distinct me-ness comes through.

That's it, really. I've slowly become tired of shaving.
