Ah, heh. The way we did that at my previous workplace was put the info in the subject and end it with "[eom]" (end of message).

I'm from the East Coast, so we're a little behind with the lingo. Actually, I think the reason we did nm is because you could not post a subject without a message. I still do this occasionally out of habit. Wow, the internet has come a long way thanks to guys like you!
