Aunque tenga sólo treinta años de edad, ya siento que se me viene encima la PVC (puta vejez carajo). En este momento tuve que apoyarme en Google para acordarme de cómo se llama "Palm Sunday" en español (Domingo de Ramos).

Debo acordarme de hablar en español con Kim todos los días, tanto para ayudarla a aprender como ayudarme a no olvidar.

Strangely familiar

I understand where you're coming from. Towards the end of my stay in Japan, I found myself consulting the Web to remind myself what the usual American phrase was for any number of things.

Yoko (my wife) has occasionally asked me how to read a certain kanji-- not that I know, it's just that she's forgotten, and she forgets that I never knew.

Fun, fun, fun, bilingual style.

Mi vejez no solo me causa a olvidar español, sino tambien a sentirme siempre cansada y olvidar casi cualquiera cosa posible. Ademas, me siento vieja -- mis rodillas ya no me sirven bien, tengo cabellos grises, y trabajo con gente quienes nacieron en los ochentas. Ayayay.

Enseñame - ¿Qué es la puta vejez carajo? La maioria de las otras palabras me entende, pero no estos.

Literally, "whore old age dick."

I've never heard that specific turn of phrase before, but the way I parsed it (not the literal translation you provided, which I did understand) would be like if I were to say in English, "Fucking old age, goddammit!" Which, erm, I think I've uttered a few times in the past year or two. Rone, is it an Ecuadorian phrase I just don't remember, or perchance that nobody would've said around an 11-year-old in a Catholic school uniform, the year I lived in Ecuador?

I don't know how widespread it is; i've only heard my mom and her family use it. But, yes, it's not something anyone would say in front of an 11yo.
