I pronounce it 'skool'. Also, 'tickle/teek,' 'sap,' 'huddaduhpuh' (http://), 'dubdubdub' (www), 'eff-tip' (ftp), 'rip-see' (RPC), and 'sigmil' (SGML).

I do spell out SOAP, though, just to be perverse.
