If i were to tell you that the wife of a man named Jim Bob, both of whom live in Arkansas, had just given birth to her 15th child, and they all have names that start with J, you would think i was being a mean, patronizing city slicker sort, right?

Date: 2004-05-27 11:45 pm (UTC)That having been said, the story checks out remarkably well: there is a town called Tontitown (http://www.mapquest.com/maps/map.adp?ovi=1&zoom=6&mapdata=G6Vn1dgh11WRFJY8fcKDZo6yw1PwaT3Iz3kgPvJt4RufpRWSV2FnyNWbA%2byP2pTWnFqJHMofMRWC6d%2bQcAA1hKnmSfMuKLakp5JAD11gVINLCK13zBMXM5q45x8WgMmZM7Lga9lFdkvT5xWSruDU%2bIDdzLRMATgTWOKM%2fEZZDDG%2beTaUtws0Lh3ddA5WUdu%2fQCHDo9wxwyesooB1Lgi6VcG3ra3PsUES9ds2T5AhOpnNYoGD%2bAQYm%2fZVJ1anv1qDv1TTfR6QhvqzxpcEQcIg%2bVpjNRHIocoSnikkJcFDWXc%3d) in Arkansas, and it's located 7 miles from Fayetteville, where the Washington Regional Medical Center (http://www.wregional.com/) is located. Just when you thought any news story from Arkansas had to be an urban legend (http://search.atomz.com/search/?sp-q=arkansas&sp-a=00062d45-sp00000000&sp-advanced=1&sp-p=all&sp-w-control=1&sp-w=alike&sp-date-range=-1&sp-x=any&sp-c=100&sp-m=1&sp-s=0), life turns out to be stranger than fiction.
