If i were to tell you that the wife of a man named Jim Bob, both of whom live in Arkansas, had just given birth to her 15th child, and they all have names that start with J, you would think i was being a mean, patronizing city slicker sort, right?

the same-initial thing. A friend of mine's parents used "R" names for the boys and "J" names for the girls--until, apparently, they couldn't think of any more "R" names and called the youngest boy Justin.
