The church's pastor, Bill Buchholz [said,] "For the first time in history, thousands of sodomizers -- because that's what the Bible calls them -- will flock to Massachusetts to get legal marriages. All I can say is, God help America.''

Could someone please find the word "sodomizers" in their nearest Bible?  Because i can't.  I can't even find a euphemism for it like "confirmed bachelor".

From my understanding of Biblical history, "sodomy" was not in the original Bible. The term comes, obviously, from the city of Sodom, whose denizens had "ungodly" practices. This was never defined until a few centuries later, when some pope or other defined sodomy, and that shit was added in.

I forget the specifics, but basically, its a bunch of bullshit.

Gen 19 describes how the citizens of Sodom wanted Lot to turn out the two angels so they could abuse them; Lot instead offers his daughters (what a champ, eh?) and they turn them down. So the inference is that they wanted gay buttsex.

Then, of course, after Lot saves his daughters, they get him drunk and have sex with him. Gay buttsex: NOT OK. Incest: OK.
