As long as there's someone to dispense beatings for me, I would like to request that the youth of today refrain from saying "saiiiide". As in, "West saiiiide", or "East saiiiide".

This pronunciation is only acceptable when talking about Edward Said (who was associated with the Middle East saiiiide, I suppose)
