The bit where he said that Bill Gates made ctrl-alt-delete famous is available as some sort of Windows Media Player thing. Mr. Gates doesn't appear to have thought it was that funny, although I'd have thought that if you knew you could buy and sell everyone else in the room a thousand times over you might have a bit of a better sense of humor.
