oh, the, dentist had a drill, zooma zooma zooma!

I went to Dr. Yemoto's for a drill'n'fill. Not only did he complete it in record time, but he even let me look at my tooth at various steps of the procedure, and gave me a blow-by-blow of what he was doing. Very cool. Now i just have to wait for the anæsthetic to wear off so i can eat without chewing up the inside of my mouth.

This is precisely how I spent my morning, only I was getting an inlay micro-milled to nanoprecision by ROBOTS. Also, Dr. Okazaki's staff can beat up Dr. Yemoto any day. And he's cuter. And his staff is way hotter. I can state this with confidence despite never having been to Dr. Yemoto.

I had my first cavity last spring. The dentist said he usually asks patients if they want to be numbified or not, but he guessed I wasn't sure. I said let's see how it goes without.

I found the experience was less than pleasurable, but tolerable.

I don't even have a dentist. I don't think I've had a dental appointment in over six years. But I floss every day. Does that count for something?
