Also if Cb (the second most remote major key, after Fb) is "slightly unsociable", I wonder what qualifies as "pathologically antisocial."

Actually, I think the notes might have slightly different frequencies, depending on what sort of temperment you're using.

Assuming C4 = 261.63Hz and Just temperament:
15/8 = ratio of major 7th to fundamental
4/3 = ratio of perfect 4th to fundamental
2/1 = ratio of ocatave to fundamental

B3 = (261.63 x 15/8 / 2) = 245.28

To get to Cb, we need to traverse the circle of fourths:
C -> F -> Bb -> Eb -> Ab -> Db -> Gb -> Cb

F4 = (261.63 x 4/3) = 348.84
Bb3 = (348.84 x 4/3 / 2) = 232.56
Eb4 = (232.56 x 4/3) = 310.08
Ab3 = (310.08 x 4/3 / 2) = 206.72
Db4 = (206.72 x 4/3) = 275.63
Gb3 = (275.63 x 4/3 / 2) = 183.75
