Our IT all-hands meetings have a raffle at the end.  In the last meeting, i won a basket of Godiva chocolate.  Today, i won a bottle of Etude 2006 pinot noir.

The best part is that i didn't go to either meeting (a coworker puts in the names of her off-shift teammates).

Hah. Later this month, on shift, I'm required to come in after 6 hours of sleep for a really important meeting on How To Become A Better Public Servant in preparation for us becoming public servants. Our union agreement specifies that there's no overtime or flex payments for time done outside of night shift. We're just not allowed to do that. I haven't yet decided what statement I'm going to make at the meeting. I guess it all depends on whether I've started applying for jobs by then.
