Would someone please break Brian Herbert's and Kevin J. Anderson's hands?

Also, we don't want them dictating to anyone else, so...

I will save my outrage for when they come out with new editions of Frank Herbert's books fixed up to match whatever they've been doing in their own books, and invent/exploit copyright law to prevent the old editions from being distributed.

I hate you for raising this very plausible specter.

I misread the link as "Herpes of Dune".

Let Brian felch his dad's literary corpse. Everything after Dune Messiah was crap anyway.

I know Kevin Anderson tangentially. My dad used to be his office mate when he worked as an editor for the USDA. He's nice. But yeah, he never let the fact that he's not a good writer get in the way of his voluminous writing.

Anderson was a decent author when partnered with someone that worked with him (Beason, for instance) until $cientology ate his brain. Now he's a hollow pod person.

And yet my dad can't get enough of those books.
