About a month ago, someone gave me a booklet of temporary library-themed tattoos. The one in that photo might be one of them; I don't recognize it per se, but they're in a similar style.

I've also seen that one with a "SURPRISE! BUTTSECKS" caption, which is also entirely appropriate.
