Nikki Sixx will be 45 in a couple of weeks.  Tommy Lee turned 41 last month, Vince Neil is 42, and Mick Mars is 52.  They all look 52....

Sixx wrote a book about his overdose called The Heroin Diaries and to my knowledge is the only member of the band to admit to usage, much less overdosage.  It occurred sometime in the mid-eighties, before Denis Leary said Motley Crue would never overdose.  Shows what he knows. ;)

Ahhhh, Motley Crue, with Mick Mars on guitar. A lead guitarist who needed to have his instrument marked "front" and "back"...
