As I understand it, a certain country with some sort of interest in preserving the giant money-grubbing record label industry has made it a condition of Russia's entry to the WTO that they comply with the WIPO copyright stuff, specifically that they stomp allofmp3.com into the ground. Because, you know, HOME TAPING IS KILLING MUSIC.
