How is the press able to photograph the president's notes during an international meeting? What if his note said, "Hey Condi, don't forget that this guy has 27 nukes pointed at Waukegee. Be nice to him." Might be an issue of security.
Not that I would accuse this of being a publicity set up. Because, haw haw, that wacky president! So human! He needs to go to the bathroom! Very lifelike!
Okay. I was wrong. I've been thinking he was pre-ironic; this little anecdote more than anything I've seen so far that he's deeply post-ironic. Go figure.
