Finland seems to rank highly on the list for any infrequent word. I think it's an artifact of whatever algorithm they're using.

that they take the top 10 ranked by raw volume, and then order those 10 by normalized volume. It's not clear whether the results are normalized for the number of searches or the number of terms searched. If Finns typically use more terms per search than other countries, that would inflate both the raw count and a normalization by number of searches.

Actually, it's not so clear that I've interpreted how they choose the top 10 correctly. I'd expect the boroughs of NYC to dwarf local searches for Dutchess and Ulster Counties. (http://google.com/trends?q=ulster+county%2Cdutchess&ctab=0&date=all&geo=all)

The normalization becomes particularly evident
