I just don't know how to respond to this. My mouth dropped open and my mind refused to work at the mere idea of being exposed to American Idol rejects singing insipid Andrew Lloyd Webber tunes. On the other hand, there could be a few prerequisites, as they had for Rockstar: INXS this summer, which made for actual entertainment (to me at least).

If we are very very lucky, the show will be broadcast only in Britain and we shall be spared the legions of Satan singing at us.
