stuff that pisses me off lately

OK, so Dora the Explorer, which is the kind of dumb name that kids love, is a show that shows a little girl doing exploring and such stuff that's decidedly un-girly.  So they've now made a Dora doll, except what kind of doll is it?  It's a frickin' princess, that's what.  Maybe she'll be exploring inbreeding and divine right.

Also, what the hell is the deal with the POM ads that have a POM bottle wearing a bridal veil with the caption, "Outlive your spouse."  What the fuck?  Creepy!  Are you supposed to poison your spouse's POM?  What are these people trying to tell us?

And you know what?  I'm on jury duty watch this week.  Grrrr.
