well, it does seem to not let me complete the action, although personally, i think making me think i have the option is...strange.

also, the text of comments is frequently rendered as the same color as the background.

i assume you're talking about the weird intermittent appearance of controls only the lj owner should have? it's a known bug (http://www.livejournal.com/support/see_request.bml?id=507324) and they're working on fixing it now.
