Well, I guess that The Case of the Good-for-Nothing Girlfriend (http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/1573440752/qid=1122003478/sr=2-2/ref=pd_bbs_b_2_2/102-4985715-5720111) is technically not fanfic. "The Secret in the Squeaky Springs" (http://adultfan.nexcess.net/aff/story.php?no=544178220) would seem to qualify, though.
