I'm no fan of Harris, but I'm not sure that this is much different than police departments seeking the help of psychics to solve crimes, other than the fact that Harris seems to be lying about how much she was involved (big surprise).

As for the second link, I'm not a fan of Congress getting involved in the regulation of anything unless it's a direct threat to public health and safety. Except for the Packers, whose fortunes I'm forced to be attentive to under threat of excommunication by the loyal acolytes of Saint Lombardi, professional sports flies completely below my radar, so if they want to dope themselves up into gigantic brainless behemoths with tiny dicks, I say go for it!
