Last night, Centavo lost to SF UP Savages, 10-4.  We were short because many of the guys went to LA for E3; we actually started the game 2 men down, and played most of the game with a full team but had no subs.  Our defense wore down in the second half, which led to guys standing around, so i spent my energy defending my box to the best of my ability, which included challenging people and getting away with excessive force at times (i smacked this one guy on the head as i batted away a pass aimed at him).  I was lucky that none of my mistakes led to any goals, but i definitely did not have a very good game.  It's been a long time since i played a game where we were short on subs... i'd forgotten how much they suck.  And now my bad foot is in pain again.

You should get a new foot. One with laser beams and flame thrower.

I'm pretty sure there's nothing in the rules against that.
