I ran across Mike Reed's Flame Warriors a long time ago.  It's funny and dead on; i've been many of these at least once.  The political Warriors are especially funny and sad in how true they are.

Most of the political warriors I've run across are actually a combination of several different types; Atheist, Ideologue, and Rebel Without a Clue seems to be a rather common mixture.

This would be a better world if people would just admit that nobody has all the answers or a monopoly on truth.
