The Boy and i got into an argument about what constitutes a good car chase movie scene after he and Kim and i saw The Bourne Supremacy (good flick).  So a little Google digging and i came up with VaRaces, The Car Chase Movie Database.  Brilliant.

However, I enjoyed French Connection 1, too. I seem to recall that the stunt-choreographer was the same fellow from Bullitt.

Ronin is the bestest. I thought the Bourne Supremacy car chase was a medium-pale shadow -- decent, but since I'd seen the other, I wasn't all that impressed.

I personally rate the opening chase in The Hidden really highly, partially because of excellent music.
