not to hear Janeane and Sam point out last night that this was one of the offenses cited in the Articles of Impeachment of Andrew Johnson. But then I went and read them (http://www.impeach-andrewjohnson.com/13ArticlesOfImpeachment/ArticlesOfImpeachmentII.htm) and it turns out there weren't even any obscenities in his offending "harangues," just a "loud voice"!
