I haven't been disgustingly sick for over a year, but I went to Gamestorm last Thursday, aquired a Con Crud that meant I was sick to my stomach Friday, went again on Saturday, and the crud had developed or found a friend, as Sunday I had a sharply sore throat.

Fortunately the "ocean" spray saline helped with the sore throat and I've been merely bleah rather than actively ich.
