Question for ikkyu2, but feel free to jump in if you're not: Why do i often, if not always, read "cirrhosis of the liver"? Can you get cirrhosis somewhere else?
It seems to me that i did not properly phrase my question. Ut supra, cirrhosis is an affliction of the liver. Therefore, i was wondering if it was possible to get it somewhere else; otherwise, "cirrhosis of the liver" would be a pleonasm.
