Why, yes, i did.  amywithani and palecur celebrated their 10th anniversary a weekend ago with a marvelous, well attended gala.  My parents and my aunt Martha came to town to attend, and from Kim's side of the family, bodachel and Phil, captain_nesky and sjsustudmuffin, and sandollar17.  From the talk.bizarre contingent, we saw haineux and Jen, dr_strychnine and Gina (whose heir was being babysat by earthlien and memepunk), crisper and cda, and for the first (and about damn) time met ikkyu2 and occhiblusf.  From those i've met through Paul and Ami, deirdremoon and tronpublic, coldsleep and Cecci, devonapple and Caroline, tinellaq and teawiththecheat, rdiamond and badiamond, britgeekgrrl and dancingshaman, racerxmachina and Eric, rjray, shoutingboy, angrybuffalo, purchasemonkey, and g0atface.  Yow!

tronpublic informs me that my kung fu is weak.

The purchasemonkey-instigated reënactment of the "Addicted to Love" video, starring Paul as Robert Palmer, was excellent.

Most importantly, Paul and Ami shone all night, capped off by their victorious (victorious because it took a threat of possible violence from burly male guests to persuade the unbelievably recalcitrant DJ to play the song) waltz to Tom Jones's "Delilah".  In the last ten years, they've grown as people and as a couple, and their joy and their love for each other was palpable.  I love you guys!
