Ecuadorean aborigines sue ChevronTexaco due to alleged damages caused by Texaco over 20 years of drilling.
ChevronTexaco "is not the successor to Texaco. Therefore it cannot be held responsible for anything," ChevronTexaco lawyer Adolfo Callejas said.
Now THAT'S entertainment!

The WUSA ran out of money and closed up shop. I feel guilty because i always wanted to go see the `Rays play, but didn't until the threat of insolvency pushed me to go to their last home game. I sure hope they come back. I'll be a good fan next time, i swear!
