We returned to our familiar losing ways tonight versus Bytemobile, 11-4. We actually played quite well in the first half, which ended with us down, 3-2, and we were all over them defensively. But, as usual, we got tired and we also got a fair amount of bounces go against us. Near the end it seemed that the ball did not want to stay in my hands and i ended up chasing the stupid ball on the ground a lot, the last time resulted in a stiff shin to my ribs which knocked the wind out of me, which wasn't even called a foul because, just before the kick, i'd poked the ball with my hand outside of the box. So now i'm sore as hell... but i've taken my drugs and i'm heading to bed.

do you ever have phrases get stuck in your head for no reason? That one gets stuck in mine sometime, and I have no idea why.

You made me look it up.... it's actually "Kim's excellent fennel tilapia." I mentioned a risotto about six months after that, though.

Of course, now i want fennel risotto. Kiiiiiimmmmmmm......
