BRECIS suffered another loss, 12-6 versus 3 Diamond Stars. We played well in the first half, but we burned out in the second half. We were also victimized by a few lucky shots, including one goal that bounced off the wall, off my ear, and in. Damn, my ear is sore. I also made more mental mistakes this game, some of which i paid for. I was late for the game, too, after spending all day wrestling with a couple of Netras which would refuse to Jumpstart in many varied and colorful ways, so i didn't warm up properly, and now my right groin is giving me a squeeggy feeling. The Boy got a charley horse late in the game, too, and is now limping around.

Once i got home, i rushed to shower so Kim and i wouldn't be late for our dinner with mrbalihai, who was, as always, great conversation and an all-around fun guy. The food at Thai Pepper was excellent, as always, so if you haven't been there, check them out at 2000 S. Bascom (Bascom & Campbell).
