Our conference rooms are named after the three tallest mountains in the world; however, the difficulty of spelling and pronouncing Kangchenjunga has led many to simply call it Kang, which has led me to start referring to K2 as Kodos.

Our rooms are called after the capitals of the countries that surround us. This can be quite confusing: "The meeting is in Paris." "So you mean on the fourth floor?" "No in France".
The other building uses nearby stars, so that is not going to be a problem in the near future :-)
Oh ugh. And here I was about to assume you had some taste and meant, say, Kang (http://memory-alpha.org/en/wiki/Kang) and Kodos (http://memory-alpha.org/en/wiki/Kodos).
Bbody parts are an excellent name space. There are many, they come in groups, the names are short and everyone knows how to spell them.
Organs can be the conference rooms, nerve names can be the service rooms (supplies, cafeteria, janitor's closet). Appendages can be the junior executive offices.
