How social! Lessee... Friday night we had one of d's friends over and we all went to the fireworks. (Local party) Saturday,there was a parade in the morning with all the grandparents, and then we had a few of his friends over, I cooked, and then we went to the fireworks. Sunday, went to the local party thing with more people, and then I went out to a bar to see Pat McCurdy and i ran into Mark Lippert and a bunch of other people I haven't seen since ... two or three years ago. It was very cool, and while I can't do it every night or multiple times a week like I did when I was "young" I need to do it more often than every few years.
And this friday Everclear and Soul Asylum are coming to a neighboring county fair, so I'M THERE. HONEY, TAKE THE KID.
