Hashiru Otoko was first in a compilation movie called "The Labyrinth Tales/ Meikyuu Monogatari". (Its release in the US is called NeoTokyo.) I can't find the name of the composer for that particular short film-- the other two films have credited music. I THINK have an old copy of the original Japanese movie-- I've been meaning to get a VHS player for a bit, being a research nerd for you might be the impetus I need.
