KIM: That looks like bok choi.

RON: Ah! [holds up something else]  And this?

KIM: That's... um.  I think that's a weed.

RON: Oh.

Wait 5 minutes, and that weed will be the new Green. Look at dandelions, fercryingoutloud.

Also, slugs can be trapped with pans of beer placed near your greens. Thats the other way in which beer greatly assists greens.

Ah yes... what most folks forget is that which greens we eat has been changing, and what is considered a weed in one culture is hip trip in others...
