This is fascinating reading, given that the work that I and my colleagues do is very much about calming the CNS as a way to supplement and enhance the effectiveness of more "conventional" treatments for illness.

Here we see a neuropeptide connection between over-excited nerves (a.k.a. STRESS) and illness -- something we all know intuitively. Cool cool and more cool.

Also? I love it when paradigms get all bashed to hell.
