roneCentavo was brought back down to earth last night by FC OAS by a score of 11-3. FC OAS thorougly outclassed us, and we didn't do ourselves any favors by leaving gaping holes in the defensive line throughout the first half (which ended 8-1). They were fit (even with only one sub, they didn't tire at the end of the game), they moved well with the ball and off the ball, and their shooting was very good. I got to make some good saves, and in general i was happy with my play, but i spent a good amount of time yelling at my teammates to cover defensive gaps and to not let the ballhandler set himself up for a shot. Also, the game started with a bad omen when i threw my sports drink bottle at the goal and it busted open and spilled most of the contents on the field. The good news was that we played to our abilities in the second half.
