in a dollar bin, and passing it up for some reason. (For unfathomable reasons, I often pass up dollar bin items if I don't find enough of them at once. For only slightly less unfathomable reasons, I sometimes pass them up if I went to the store looking for something specific and didn't find it, or if I don't find at least one really special thing that I'd pay enough for to make the rest freebies.)
I'll take this as a recommendation. So why have I never been to the Bowery Ballroom before? And will I be able to find it without getting hopelessly lost in Chinatown? Oh, and my rehearsal (http://www.bardavon.org/ev_dir/sub_preview.php?id=146) that day had better be afternoon and not evening.
