I have a medically minded friend who swears Dubbya shows all the signs of Fetal Alcohol Syndrome. Apparently both Bush Sr. and Barbara were heavy drinkers, and it would explain the brain damage.
Now he's filing a brief in an affirmative-action case before the Supreme Court. Doesn't want any student to get extra points in the college admission process just for being nonwhite. OK, fine, no problem. . . . as soon as they take away rich kids' extra points for being rich and the children of alumni. Or does he really think Yale let him in because he was so smart?
