Get real. That's clearly just another case of the damnable liberal media quoting him entirely out of context. I'm sure there was a perfectly good reason for him to propose a UFO-port.

Personally, I think the best part is that he underlined "strong fists" in his official decree. It makes you want to look through the rest of his mayoral writings for sentences in all caps and ending in fifteen exclamation marks.
