any windows perlheads out there?

Wanna earn a quick $100?  Dan at Hijinx Comics (whose weblog can be found at [livejournal.com profile] wacky_hijinx) has some cataloguing software he wrote on Linux and he'd like to have someone port it to Windows.

I figured that since the initial offer was in $US, the danger money would have the be in $US. Then I thought about it a bit more, and it really should be in UKP.

Does it need to run on IIS (eeeeeeew) and it's on Apache now?
