Bob Mould has a Web log. His new stuff doesn't appeal to me, unfortunately. Any comments from anyone out there who's a fan of his old AND his new stuff?

The man who wrote "Black Sheets of Rain" can never do any wrong in my book.

Of course, that's a different thing from being actually wiling to listen to his new stuff. :)

(Does the Daily Show theme count as new?)

My not-fondness of his new stuff is sizable. Glenn MacDonald likes the old stuff and found a little to like in the new, though.

By "new stuff" what do you mean? The techno album, or the stuff since he broke up Sugar? I haven't heard the techno album but if you're dissing "Art Crisis" we're gonna have to step outside...

I definitely mean Modulate and his Blowoff stuff. I own LDaPS and the Hubcap album and i like `em. LDaPS came out in `98, so to call that "new stuff" is a bit of a stretch.
